Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 May 2016 Can highly recommend this workout. The exercises are very effective and you begin to feel healthy and fit after one 15minute workout. However, to be frank, we do find Davina's banter annoying, but after a while, you can turn the sound right down and that seems to do the trick. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 June 2019 As a fan of Davina's fitness programmes with Mark and Jackie, I bought this to add variety to my workouts across a number of weeks. It's good and a little different from their earlier stuff. I felt that it pushed me to work harder. The 15 minute thing is not quite true as you should do the cool down at the end which is in addition to the 15 mins of each programme. I recommend it. Introduction Davina McCall always releases a new workout DVD every year, but the Davina – Fit In 15 DVD, which first went on sale back in December 2013, is still one of the top-selling fitness DVDs in the UK. Indeed the last time I looked, it was even outselling her latest DVD for 2015 (Davina – 7 Minute Fit) that we recently reviewed here, and continues to receive lots of positive customer reviews. It is supposed to be ideal for toning, fitness and weight loss, so let's take a closer look at this new DVD to see whether or not it is worth buying. The Davina – Fit In 15 Workouts As the title suggests, the workouts included here will help you get fit in just 15 minutes per day. There are four 15-minute workouts in total (along with cool down stretches and relaxation stretches), and the good news is that you only need to do one of these workouts per day. The most effective from a fitness and weight loss point of view is the Cardio Workout because this features 30-second bursts of high intensity training exercises followed by a 15-second rest period, and over 15 minutes this will really help you burn lots of calories.

Davina Intense is the best and her Super Body Workout is good too. I wear a heart rate monitor and always burn more calories and raise my heart rate more doing those two than any of my JM's (when doing a similar timed workout). I have heard good things about the 15 minute one but haven't got it yet. You do have to like the person doing the DVD though. Hannah Waterman's DVD is really good but I gave it away as I just couldn't stand the woman. I find Davina really annoying but the Super Body Workout is really good so I just try not to look at her irritating face. I love davina especially when she presented big brother. I've had a look at her fit in 15 and seems ok but haven't tried it.

From the United States Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2015 I went to a lot of trouble to make this DVD work by buying a multi region DVD player and I have to say it was worth it! I really enjoy the workouts and appreciate the stretch section very much. That is so important and yet so often missing from other workouts I've tried. I really like Davina's personality and her trainers are really good at what they do. The best part though is every section is only 15 minutes. I love that and it is not that easy to find.
